hello! i'm posting this as sort of a last effort, since nothing I could find in the forums worked. there are these 'rays' of shadow attached to my object and I don't know why. I used the empty bathroom shelf from basegame as the original object. here's a drive folder of screenshots and my package file
I was wondering if anyone has seen this and may know what to do to fix it. I have original bump maps, shadow and normal LODs, and i've tried changing the ssao effect. the only other thing i can think to try is maybe replacing everything from a different bg model and see if it still has this problem. thanks for any help!

I have a youtube video on this exact thing and how to get rid of them. The best way to get rid of them is by going into Warehouse on your item - Model LOD - Edit Items in Meshes - Go to PhongAlpha - In Material go into entries - and in Material items again lower the SSAOIntensity to 0. You will want to do that for everything and lower all the SSAOIntensity options.
