Hi! I’ve looked everywhere but I can’t find an updated YouTube tutorial on how to use blender 3.5 when doing clothing for the sims 4, the weights and tools in this version are my solution to clipping problems I have when I’m using other versions of blender, 3.5 seems to fix weight issues no problem due to the new features it has, however after I’ve done all my weights, vertex paint etc I go to upload it into sims 4 studio but it doesn’t appear.
any help would be greatly appreciated:)

Hi. 3.5 is not supported yet, 3.3x are the latest supported versions ( only by the beta) The weight related issue you’re having is most likely caused by unchanged settings By default the tool is set to transfer the weights only from the active vertex group ( the selected one), you need to change it to « By name » If you will let s4s create the blend, it will export the scene in the same layout as 2.7x, so you won’t really have a hard time figuring out what to click using Ctrl instead of Shift is the main difference in weight transfer. You also do not need to use Clean tool - select the reference, Ctrl-select your garment, choose Transfer weights, then By name and Nearest face interpolated; - choose Limit total Uv_1 transfer is the same
