Right now I'm going through my massive catalog of CAS, and manually changing each item so that it shows for both male and female sims. However... I have around 300+ items, and doing this manually is kinda driving me insane.
Which leads me to my question: Is there a way to apply the same flag change to multiple items? I'm not talking multiple swatches within the same item, I'm talking multiple, different items, and all of their swatches.
I understand if there's no way to do this, it sounds kinda complicated. If there's no way to do this, guess I'll go back to doing it by hand...
Ps: Apologies if this isn't the right section to post this in. I looked around and I think I'm fine? Also, sorry if my english is kinda mangled, it's my second language, it's 3 am, and my brain is severely fried from doing this for an hour straight.
Edit: I've discovered the batch fix inside content management, but when I press it it tells me that nothing needs fixing, even though I check and everything is still the same. So, I truly don't know.

Hi. There are multiple gender/frame related settings, so there isn’t really a straightforward way. The simplest way involves no changes to the packages. You just remove the fashion choice tag in CAS when making a sim. This will show content for a different frame adapted to that of your sim. The ability to morph items between frames was added a few years after the release of the game. So there is a batch fix that makes it possible to morph old content, created before this update.
Gender tag makes the item appear in the catalogue of a different gender/frame unchanged. If you will enable Male on some lipstick, it will appear in the catalogue options for men as well. Same will happen with a shirt, except for it will not fit the frame. Fashion choice controls this process. So if you want a shirt to actually fit, instead of changing the gender tag, you change fashion choice. And there are of course restrictions for when this morphing process provides bad results.

I really wish this would be a thing! Especially for hairs. We have many creators whose hair would work on both frames, but going through a ton of files is truly exhaustive. O_o I wish we could batch-fix by selecting allow/disallow genders. We need to open each file, change it, and save it. You can only add a thumbnail after opening this file again. As it unlocks the gender flag after saving, and then you need to open this package again add the thumbnail and save it again. It's not a problem if you have two files for example. But if you have 70+ files it takes forever to get there. ;-| Would be cool if such a batch fix could be added. :D
