Every time I go to bake my Outfit's texture, it comes out with strange black bits on it. For the record, I use Marvelous Designer 12 for the actual mesh. Here's the texture: imgur.com/mzmsiIu

Hi. You need to disable rendering for anything that overlaps with your garment: the reference, the upper body under the rig, the high poly mesh.

ive done that however it still comes out the same, however while its baking it looks like it will come out normal. imgur.com/5iRbMHN

in the future, please share the blend file with your question. Do not add inner geometry in places where it is not visible. When you add it in places where it is needed, unwrap it elsewhere, not on top of existing islands Either select the inner side ( select one face, then Ctrl L - Normals) and delete it or in 3d view select everything with A and remove doubles, then with everything still selected, Mesh - Normals - Recalculate outside.
