Hello! I've been working on a mod for a few hours, and I've hit a road block. I'm having an issue in which the mod seems to detach itself from the Sim's head, although this is the second mod in a set of four and the first one works.
The tools I am using are:- Sims 4 Studio 3.1.6.3
- Blender 2.79
- FFXIV Textools, a tool that lets me pull models and textures straight from the game Final Fantasy XIV
The first one I made in this set of horns looks like this in CAS, and is working perfectly:
Meanwhile, this is the second set of horns, which I converted in Blender with the same steps.
The head bone rotating causes the horn to rotate properly, but it won't move with it, and I'm at a loss of what to do.
Here is a look at the weights in Blender:

Hi. I can’t check the file right now, but I’m seeing non-ts4 bones in the list, which should not be there Delete all of them, leaving only the head bone. - delete all bones; - create a new one with +, double-click to rename, paste b__Head__; - in edit mode select the whole mesh with A, assign it to the head bone
