I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong and I feel like I've done the UV mapping and rigging correctly for the most parts, so I don't really know why it's not working. I didn't add a .package file because I've tried it with multiple files for different tops but it's just not working out, I didn't change any of the settings in S4S (tried with just a basic cropped top and also the nude top). This is the second mesh I've done ever, and the first one worked just fine. The 1st one was a skirt and this one is a top, so should I have done something differently because of that?

Hi. The mesh has no cut number. Yours should be 0000
Unrelated to this problem, in the future, import obj into the file s4s exports instead of an empty scene and do not join the body with the garment until you transfer weights, uv_1 and vertex paint, otherwise that data on the body will be overwritten as well in ways that arent always right
