Hi firstly thank u for reading my questions ! So after i baked it, the mesh and baked image all looked fine on blender (im using 2.79) ,but idk why it got holes on it after i imported it to S4S. idk which part went wrong so thank you for your help! heres the folder with issue screenshots and files in it link

Hi. The item you started the package from, yfBottom_Shorts, is made of three meshgroups while your blend has only one. Upon import, only one is overwritten while the other two stay. So you need to either split your item the same way the original one was split and assign corresponding cuts, or clone bottoms made of one meshgroups ( some underwear). You should always export the blend or embed the resources to check how many parts the item is made of.
Unrelated to the problem at hand, your shorts reach the upper body area, yet they did not receive the data from that area of the upper body they cover. This will lead to them clipping into tops
