I removed everything from the tray folder and then did the 50/50 thing. This did not work.
S4S also refuses to let me update my locations for my pathings. I get the error message I stated in a few posts above.
Are there any other things that may help?

I think your game path is correct. S4S doesn't want the \Games\Bin folder, but rather the main "The Sims 4" folder.
Can you check the other path in the settings "Sims 4 Documents"? S4S is looking for your tray folder in the OneDrive folder. If that is incorrect, set your "Sims 4 Documents" path to the folder that has your Mods, saves, and Tray folder. If S4S won't let you change that one, you can try changing it in the "Documents/Sims 4 Studio/Settings.xml". Open it with a text editor and update the part that says <SimsDocumentsPath> </SimsDocumentsPath> with your path.
