I wonder if it's possible to make some accessories or clothes that would work like mirror.

If you're asking if you can take a CAS mesh and turn that mesh into a mirror so that the item is no longer a CAS item but is instead a build/buy item, yeah, you could do that. If you want to know if a CAS item can behave like a mirror (with all the sim interactions) and still be a CAS item, no. I'm not aware of any way to do that. If you want a CAS item to be really reflective just crank up the specularity with the specular map.
