Hi. The hair alters because it should be. It is in the leg area, its uv_1 is in the leg area, so it morphs like legs. Dont want it to? Move the uvs away from the leg area or disable morphing. That said, you transferred uv_1 from something that had no head, so it has to be re-done regardless. Transfer uv_1 and vertex paint from yfHair_LongWavy
the dress is not adapted to ts4 at all. Weights, uv_1, vertex paint arent transferred, nothing is done. You cannot just join a random 3d model with ts4's one and expect it to work

I didn't look at the hair because I still, to this day, haven't learned to make hair (Sigh. Someday, I'll get around to it). The dress, on the other hand, has body parts that are under the dress. Those body parts WILL clip through the dress which is why you're supposed to delete any body parts that the dress is covering up. There's no point in having geometry under the dress anyway. No one will see it and it just adds to your polycount. The dress hasn't been vertex painted at all, so you'll need to that. Remember that vertex paint works together with the uv_1. Also, you're going to need to close the holes in the neckline, the arm openings, and the bottom of the skirt. Oh, and none of your UV islands have been placed on your texture correctly. This is why the texture is showing up on parts of your sim's body that you don't want it to. One thing I can say about the hair is that The Sims Resource has hairs there that are super long like yours. It would not hurt to download one of them, export the blend, and examine how the hair was made. It's better to examine how EA does things but since there are no extremely long hairs made by EA the next best thing is to look at what other creators have done. Find a hair made by a featured artist. Featured artists are generally better at making hair.

Thank you so much for the help mauvemorn and fwecka. I concentrated a lot to adjust this dress into a sim's body and I forgot to make the weights, uv1 and vertex paint. I did weight transfer, uv1 and vertex paint but I still have these issues in CAS and game: the dress alters here and here when sim is walking and here appeared these square spots: linkPlease can you help me to fix them? Here is the dress blender file and package fileI correct the issues at hairstyle and now it seems that it worked in CAS and in game: link link1 fit sim fat sim thin simHere is the final hairstyle blender file and package fileI made and a version 2 of this hairstyle here is the package file to fit them with a specific dress, but it alters in front hair again.

You are making a dress, not a swimsuit. All the data must comes from a dress, not a swimsuit. Do not join a garment with the body until the former is fully adapted.
Move the uvs away from the breast area or disable morphing

The dress: yfBody_CocktailStrap, from which you started the package, is too short to be affected by skirt bones. It is best to always import the blend into the package of the item you transferred the weights from or at least something of the same length
The wings: - in edit mode select everything and remove doubles; - Mesh - Normals - recalculate outside; - press B, select one layer of wings, type S Y 0 to flatten it. Do the same for other two layers; - add Triangulate modifier, apply; - add solidify modifier, uncheck Fill rim, adjust thickness, apply; - delete b__Spine2__, double click on b__CAS_Glasses__ and paste b__Spine1__ instead; - delete UVMap and uv_1; - vertex paint the mesh with black

- delete b__Spine2__, double click on b__CAS_Glasses__ and paste b__Spine1__ instead; the name must be exact, right now it is not ( b__Spine1_ instead of b__Spine1__ ), the game does not recognize it. You will need to restart the package You needed to just clone a different dress and import the blend there, not retransfer weights. Clone yfBody_DressFrillyRomantic and import the blend there
yfBody_CocktailStrap, from which you started the package, is too short to be affected by skirt bones. As for the last dress, transfer weights from a similar mesh with nearest face interpolated, they look very bad in that area

Thank you for the help mauvemorn. The wings worked in CAS link and in game link . Here is the last blender file , lod1, lod2 and lod3 and package file. I want to ask here, if there is a posibility to make these wings movable in CAS and in game (as butterfly's wings moving) and how can I achieve this. As for the short dress it looks that the problem is fixed in CAS: link but in game the dress alters: link , link1 and link2 . Please can you help me fix that? Here is the short dress blender file and package file here is the lod1 (I didn't make the lod2, lod 3 because if I decimate this dress more, there are gaps). And for the long dress, I retransfer the weights from another long dress (Pelvis, L-R calf, L-R thigh, L-R thighTwist)but now the result looks worse than before(here is the previous blender file): link link1 Please can you sent me A photo of how can I fix it? Here is the long dress' last blender file and package file

You would either need to edit the rig and every single animation where you want the wings to move or turn these wings into an object and animate them You had this issue many times before. Compare the original bones in this lod with yours Separate the body from the dress and transfer weights to the dress from yfBody_DressMaxi with these exact settings, you must always use Limit total

Hello again mauvemorn. About this you said me ''You would either need to edit the rig and every single animation where you want the wings to move or turn these wings into an object and animate them'' about the wings Do you have any tutorial to follow? I want the wings to moving as the butterflies wings here: link photo link video (faster than this video) Because I have no idea how to start. (I've never made a moving object before or a CC moving accessory, except for the lighting ninja costume).
About the long dress, I did the weight transfer again but still have these issues in CAS: The front area seems to to be fixed but this area alters in front it gets if front of the dress: link The sleeves alter too : link and the same is with the back side of this dress which also seem ripped: link Please can you sent me a photo of which weights must I correct? Here is the long dress' blender file and package file
And about the short dress, I export the basic dress' lods ( you can find all the lods of the dresses at this folder here) and weight transferred them but the alter remains in game. So I keep it in decimating way. But, in CAS the dress alters here at ribbon: link and these spots appearing here: link Please can you help me fix these? Here is the short dress Blender file and package file

This one shows how to edit the rig and edit animations This one shows how to make animated objects but i do not know how to attach the mesh to the back ( or if it is possible) After you import the blend into a package, do not export it and continue editing. Now it is cut up everywhere. Switch shading to solid and you will see it You needed to remove the body parts from the mesh before transferring anything to it. Never ever transfer weights to body parts. Replace all of them now You also need to remove all bones from the skirt area from the sleeves If you want it to not move dramatically during walking, you need to edit the weights manually, nothing is shaped like yours, so nothing behaves the way yours should Transfer vertex paint from the dress as well Use limit total The original dress has 4 meshgroups in lod1 Fix how the mesh functions in lod0, only the split it and make lods
