So basically, I disallowed CC for random, and then allowed it again which… corrupted all of my mods, I tried adding the back ups in the game, but those were corrupted as well. I know now to make a back up before doing any sort of batch fix. But if there's anyway I could recover my CC I would be very grateful to know. Thank you.
