Hi! Noob cc making enthusiast here. How can you convert plates of food into a CAS accessory for posemaking? They all have multiple textures and that's where I get stuck. Can someone walk me through the process?

Hi. Basically, you just combine these textures into one, fit them into a space of your choice and re-arrange the uvs accordingly. The latest version of s4s beta has the ability to use external textures, so technically you dont even have to put them into the accessory uv space space anymore. If you have infant carriers in your game, you could try cloning and replacing them

Hi, thank you for your answer! I joined meshes and textures and it looks like this. I tried to work my way around it but the new texture won't show up in blender or s4s :( I only deleted the two original texture images. Didn't touch textures or material fields.

It is meant to go like this: - combine both textures into one; - select the plate, in edit mode select everything with A, assign the image as the background, re-arrange the uvs; - repeat with the food; - then join meshes Since you already joined them, enable sync, select a few faces on the plate, Ctrl L to select the rest of it, align with textures. Press Ctrl I to invert the selection, repeat the same thing
