I created a CC object that looks fine on Sims 4 Studios, but has weird reflections/a weird glow when I try to use it in the game... Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I wanted it to look matte like the table on the left :(

You need to select and split sharp edges. you will notice in Blender that those sharp edges have dark shadows along them, so Alt click on them to select and split them. You can also try edge split modifier as well, but it might split not just the ones you need

Thanks for the help ! Spliting the edges did help the reflections look less weird! But I'm still having a problem with the material, I don't understand why its so reflective/shiny when I wanted it to be opaque/matte Is there a solution for that?

liviaml the other cause can be the specular map, but we would need to see the package and blend files to know for certain

You're right! I ended up finding a thread about the specular map and, after changing the DST image, the shine went away Thanks for the help!!
