Hi. They need to be assigned to the head bone and receive uv_1 from it as well (or you can vertex paint them with black to disable morphing completely)

We need to see the file to give relevant instructions, but it would go something like this: - select the horns, delete all vertex groups, create a new one with + button, double-click on it to rename, paste b__Head__ - switch to edit mode, select everything with A, click on Assign button; - switch to vertex paint, choose black ( hex 000000) color, flood the mesh with it ( steps 2, 3 and 5)

Which version of Blender are you using? Mine doesn't have an Assign button.
