Hi. It is painted with 3FFF00 in a patchy manner( and a bit too low). Youre meant to flood the area, then smooth the difference
However, a much easier way it to just transfer the vertex paint from the reference ( this should be done before you join the body with the garment)

#F3F315 - this color is not used in ts4, theres no yellow vertex paint anymore

Sorry for the thread hijack. mauvemorn , I've been meaning to ask you, does the old way of vertex painting a loose skirt still apply? Or is it enough to transfer vertex paint? I'm asking in this thread so that others will see your answer.
