Editing World Names on Old Saves with S4S

Indeed "Editing neighborhoods" is empty. All Worlds are not in there but they used to be there at least in Wish Version. You can edit it in Wish, tho. Sadly it removes Star. But I need to make some changes. so guess there is no workaround. It doesn't show up for new saves either.

I want that feature back. I use themed saves, and I change the world names in each save in order to make sure they are unique and not the same. 

Under Save Game Data (Neighborhoods - previously it used to be NeighboorhoodData) the fields are blank. Please, this needs to be fixed.
