Every time I select the point of the sim's head that is called b__Head__, b__L__Index2__ is automatically selected or any other point that is not the one I am selecting. I don't know what may be causing this error, here is a little GIF of what I mean with this error, it is impossible for me to add weights to the clothes or create poses. Has anyone come across this? I have tried to delete blender and reinstall it and everything remains the same, I use blender 2.76, I also tried with another version of blender 2.79 and nothing and I have also reinstalled sims 4 studio. I don't know what I could have touched to make this error happen, if a few days ago it was working normally. Please give me a hand, I don't know what to do!

You've got some sort of bone constraint added. Was that on purpose? You can try ctrl + alt + C > clear object constraints. I'm sorry, I'm not very knowledgeable about this.
You may need to share your file.
Editing to add: I just looked again at your gif and you've got an IK restraint. I can't tell which bone has it. Anyway, just click the X to get rid of it and see if that helps. Again I'm not very knowledgeable about this.

Thanks for answering me and trying to help me :'( None of this was done on purpose, I don't know what I touched, the IK restriction is on the hands and ankles is to do the poses. I have done what you said, I have deleted the restrictions and everything remains the same. But what happens with everything I export from S4 Studio, it doesn't matter what hairstyle or outfit I'm using, whether it's created by me or from the Sims 4, the error remains. I share with you a file that I extracted from s4 studio that I have the error HEREI also checked with 3D models that have nothing to do with the sims to see if the problem is in the armor and if the problem is only found in the s4 studio rigs.

This is really weird. I've never encountered this before. In your file, only some of the rig's body parts are visible even though the little eye thing in the outliner is "on." The rig isn't visible either. Same thing. It's selectable, and the eye icon is on, yet it's hidden. I've noticed this in other people's files the last couple of days, yet if I export something from Studio everything is fine. Nothing is mysteriously hidden. (Never mind that. I just had to make it so that the disable in viewports icon was visible in the outliner and it was turned off.) I'm using Blender 3.3. I don't know if that makes a difference. Maybe mauvemorn has an idea. I see what I can figure out in the meantime. Are you using Studio 3.2.1.1? That's what I'm using. I just checked your noctis file and I'm having no problems.

Hi. I’m not familiar with pose making and all of that. The body parts appeared this way for you because the file was created in 2.7x but opened in 3.3. This is how it always is

I can't replicate this. Ricival, what happens if you use this file? I'm using Studio 3.2.1.1 (Star) and I have Blender 3.3 installed. I don't know if my versions of Studio and Blender are making a difference, however. This video explains how IKs work but it's for Blender 2.8. I doubt there is much difference between versions of Blender. Last thing before I call it a day. You can open a console window to see if there are any error messages. Sometimes that helps. Open your file and try to select b__Head__ in pose mode, then then check what's in the console window. In 2.7 + versions press the spacebar and enter "console." In later versions of Blender press F3 and enter "console."

Yes, it is very strange, it has never happened to me before, I just use blender 2.76 for the creation of poses and others, not the new version 3.6. And yes I also use the latest version of s4 studio (star). The error persists and is also present in everything I have created before, not only in the new one. I have tried with blender 3.6 and for some reason that I do not understand, the rig works!, I will no longer be able to work with the 2.7+ versions of blender but at least it works in the new one and I hope this error does not repeat here TT. I have used the file that you have shared, I have opened it in 3.6 and it works well, I have seen the video that you have shared and if that is what I do to make poses faster, use the IK. HERE I leave the base rig that I use for the creation of poses if you want to take a look at it (was edited in blender 2.76) and here are IMAGES of the error that appears in blender 2.76 doing what you have told me, I have no idea why this error. Anyway, thank you very much for taking your time and trying to help me, I really appreciate it. From the heart

You may really want to use Blender 3.3. Even though S4S still supports Blender 2.x not many people are still using this old version.
Bones do not select themselves unless you have them in an random state like the IK constraint without definition. I bet you used a shortcut to create it in the first place.
To pose sims or pets it would make a lot of sense to use modified rigs of other with IK bones (and maybe physics if you want to create animations) as this makes posing easy. Posing the exported rig without any IK bones is a pain. While it isn't too hard to add IK bones yourself.

From the heart MaleRig.blend has much more bones (e.g. b__L/R_Hand__; Foot, finger tips like Index2, Mid2 as seen on IMAGES) with empty IK bone constraints. You may want to delete them all.

o19 knows a lot more about rigs and animations than I do so follow her (his?) advice. As for the console message, the console window mentions XPS tools and MMD tools which are both addons, right? Have you tried disabling those? Sometimes addons don't play well with Studio's tools and/or just get in the way.

o19 I think you are right because I also think that, that I have made some shortcut (which I have no idea) and it has changed everything for me I have tried to delete all the IK restrictions but everything remains the same, Fwecka I also deleted all the blender plugins as you mentioned but nothing changes. Even reinstall Windows! hahaha but the problem is still present. Until today's light I have not been able to solve it. Anyway, THANK YOU BOTH VERY MUCH for the answers and trying to shed light on the matter.I am now clear that I have touched something in Blender and the setting has been saved, so everything I open in it is affected. I don't know how to remove it or what I have done to make this happen. I will change to blender 3. Thank you very much again for trying to help me, I really appreciate it! ❤️

Another thing you can try is resetting Blender to default settings. Here's how to do it in Blender 2.8 and up.
In older versions of Blender, it's File > Load Factory Settings.
Blender saves a startup.blend and a userpref.blend in its "config" folder in AppData. You can try removing those files to see if it makes a difference. But, I think resetting to factory settings would be enough.

Hey! I've been having the exact same problem.
I've tried troubleshooting, and following the suggestions in this thread. Is there any other solutions that anyone has come across?
Thank you!
