Hi! I've been learning to ceate hairs and sometimes this happens, the mesh I edited on blender is overlapped by the original hair in S4S, doesn't matter if I change the meshes for the different LODs, but then in game the hair appears just like the original hair. What can be causing this? I'm so frustrated because sometimes it just happens and I don't know how to solve it.

Hi. Clone any hair, export the blend and open it. There will be 3 meshgroups. Toggle the eye icon next to each to see what they look like individually. You will see the base shape that you see when a sim is not wearing a hat and a two hat chops for different types of hats. The other difference between these meshgroups are cut numbers. This is the system s4s uses to know what object in the blend must replace what part in the package.
For your package to work as intended, it must be structured the same way. Even if you do not want the hair to properly work with hats, you need to create two hat chops to replace originals (by duplicating the base shape and giving them different cuts).

I've already checked the cut numbers and they are the same as the original hair, I'm gonna check the other LODs to see if they match too. Thank you for your answer!

In cas you see lod0. Make sure all meshgroups are visible before you save If you won’t find the solution, share the blend please
