I need to check if my sims are in a certain mood if they are in for example mood flirty i need to only then change the commodity decay rate.

cant seem to figure this out its bugging me.

does anyone have any idea this could involve python

I'm pretty sure this will involve XML editing. There are tutorials for that on this site here. All of the tutorials are listed as "tuning" tutorials, if that helps. I don't know anything about XML editing, unfortunately, so I can't help you.
