In CAS you only see lod0
The item you started a package from is made of three meshgroups. Your blend had only one meshgroup, so only one of them was replaced. Start a package from a skirt made of one meshgroup. For example, yfBottom_SkirtSkater

You do not need to start over. Just start a package from yfBottom_SkirtSkater and import your existing blend there Seems like you accidentally moved the uvs of the lower body. - In uv editr enable sync; - press B, select the uvs of the legs; - in 3d view press Delete, choose Faces; - expand the rig, make bottom visible and selectable; - select bottom, in 3d view press Shift D, then Esc to duplicate; - select bottom.001, in Edit mode select everything with A, remove doubles; - in this order: select bottom.001, shift-select your skirt, join with Ctrl J
