Recategorizing CC chairs to be compatible with DINE OUT

I have read a few tutorials about recategorizing CC chairs and tables so they are usable in restaurants (like adding 1006 and 1008 to the objects or something), but they all seem to be for outdated versions of S4S, and windows versions at that. I have the most current version of S4S for Mac (v 1.3.4.2) and was hoping someone could explain to me how I can modify existing cc chairs to work in restaurants. I've downloaded a set of chairs and tables from ATS4 (Around The Sims 4) that are supposed to be compatible with restaurants but they aren't working because I'm continuing to get a last exception that indicates inadequate seating slots. I also get the game error 123:20ece5dd:cc50e714 which I know ties back to the same issue. If I can figure out how to recategorize cc chairs in S4S I'm hoping I can fix this problem. Thanks in advance!
