I've been trying to crop some shirts and the top of one dress for two weeks, but I can't seem to import the edited mesh. I've tried appending the mesh onto a different top, editing and resaving it, and I've tried changing the cut number. The old mesh just won't go away, and the new mesh just won't take it's place.

Hi, can you share the blend & package file so others can check the file?
Have you tried deleting the old mesh before importing to S4S? The old mesh still have a cut number so if you don't delete it S4S sometimes don't know which one to import.
The cut number needs to be the same as the old mesh so S4S know you are replacing the old mesh with your new custom mesh.
