Hi, i'm having an issue where my sims skin ends up clipping through the hair i've converted, but only with thinner/certain head shapes, link below. ImageI'm not sure what to do to fix this, I've tried everything I can think of, any tips? Blend filePackage

Hi, you don't have any vertex paint for the hair. Try painting #007f00 for the thick hair & #007f3f for the thin scalp area. Do that to all the meshgroup.

Thank you! I'll try that.

I've vertex painted the main mesh (the hat chops are not yet edited so please don't mind those) and i'm still having the same issue, is there something i'm doing wrong? blendpackage

Hi, you're painting the scalp with the wrong color. It should be #007F3F (teal color). If after you vertex paint there's still some mesh poking out, just move the scalp vertex a bit away from the head.
Or if you want to make it cleaner you can bake the scalp texture to the sims head. I don't know how to do it in Blender, there is a tutorial in the forum.

Do you have a link to the tutorial? Sorry to ask, i've looked over the whole forum and I haven't been able to find it.

Hmm, we might need mauvemorn help with this to point us in the right direction.

Hi. You already vertex painted the mesh right, just with wrong colors - switch to vertex paint, choose 007F3F (6) and flood everything with it (7); - in edit mode select a few faces on the mohawk, then Ctrl L to select the whole thing; - in vertex paint mode enable masking (5) and flood again;

mauvemorn do you have any suggestion or tutorial on how to transfer/bake the scalp texture to the sims head?

It worked slightly, but the texture is all off when I use the mesh and texture together, I haven't removed the skin colored bits yet please don't mind that, but is there any way to make it come out cleaner or do I just manually fix the texture up? ImagePackageBlend
