allow sims to paint emotion option without trait or mood req

soo what im trying to do is basically when clicking on the easel, have the option for "emotional painting" be available on the pie menu at all times without being restricted by your sims current mood but also without the need to have the painting aspiration trait ive gone through a lot of the interactions and tuning files on S4S but i dunno if im just blind or dumb maybe even both but i can not for the life of me find where you can edit and remove those requirements

any help/replies will be massively appreciated thank you in advance im probably overlooking something in plain sight but thought id ask anyway
