WCIF: "Rock Star" interactions with any TV or window:

Is there any existing (even obsolete or abandoned) mods to make a custom interaction to a 4-star and higher celebrity "throw TV out from the window" and how to make it destroying the TV on the lot (like stealing), and how to make the target object a prop in order to complete the animation visually, not just disappearing? Trying to make it myself but without success(((
