Dark and non-colored Skin detail.

Hi, I'm creating a skin detail, so that it stays in place of the acne, but it appears all black, and not colored as I wanted, is there a way to make it appear with color?
I intend to do more in other categories, such as scars, etc.

I looked at the topics, but I didn't find anything related. (there are many topics!!!)
