Pixelated texture on cas item in game

I have problem with very pixelated texture on cas item in game. My texture (the picture itself) is clean, it looks okay in S4S but in game it's just bad. Mainly on sleeves. Is there anything I can do about this?

It maybe stupid question but can the quality of the texture somehow depends on the object I cloned?
