how do i find and export those anmimals?

The meshes? You can try using Studio's debug section. On the front screen choose object > create 3D mesh, put a checkmark next to "show debug items," and search for what you're looking for. There's a search box at the top of the screen. If that doesn't help, the other option is tools > game file cruiser. This shows all of the assets contained in the game's package files. It's a bit harder to find things however, but it can be done. You should know that the bunny's rig does not match up with the model so if you want to pose it you could have trouble. Someone else ran across this a few weeks ago. They never responded to my useless suggestion so I have no idea if they figured out how to solve the problem or not.
