I made 3 pairs of new shorts, but there is a problem: they are not displayed in the game: Before that: For all the shorts in blender, I combined all the mesh groups into one, while in editing mode I set the Cut parameter to 0001. I saved the mesh and imported it into S4S. Then in the Warehouse section I selected Region Map, then selected Entries=>Edit Items and deleted data about all groups except Base. Re-creating shorts is not an option. How can I fix it? What else did I forget to change?

Hi. This is not how things work. If you start a package from an item made of 3 meshgroups, you must import three meshgroups back into it. You imported one that replaced a meshgroup in the calf area, while the other two stayed Region map dictates how meshgroups interact with other CAS content in-game. You will not delete unwanted meshgroups from the package by deleting them from the blend or Region map
- go back to your blend and change the cut to 0000; - click on CAS, filter the catalog by “bottom” and “meshgroup:1”; - clone something, import your blend there

- open the original package - Tools - Color palette, choose Import palette; - create a new package; - Open Color palette again, Apply color palette to package.
This will import only the swatches with tags, not diffuse textures. While you can automatically export and import them, I would not advise to do that because the texture quality will be worse. Just import them manually

No, you must not delete them from the package.
