I've been working on this frankenmesh that mushes 3 different tops together and I'm having some issues. Every time I fix one a new one seems to pop up. There's holes in the seams between the shirt and the sleeves, and the vest keeps mixing into the shirt below it. The sleeves, main part of the shirt, and the vest are all from separate EA tops. I tried to copy the weights from the rig's torso but in movement the vest still cuts into the shirt instead of moving as one piece. Here are the package and the blend files, if anyone needs to take a look at any of that.

Hi. To remove the hole under the armpit, you need to create a vertex there and remove doubles. To avoid clipping, you need to delete the area of the shirt covered by the vest
- in uv editor select all uvs of the shirt; - press P to separate the shirt;
- select s4studio_mesh_1.001, select everything with A in edit mode, remove doubles with merge distance set to 0.0001; - with everything still selected, Select - Select boundary loops to see where the hole under the armpit is; - there is a vertex on the torso part of the short but none on the sleeve. Select the edge on the sleeve and subdivide it; - do the same on the other side; - select everything again and remove doubles again;
- delete all areas of the shirt covered by the vest; - join back

I tried to do that with the armpits but I guess I messed it up or undid it somehow, but I think it's fixed now.
My main issue with removing the shirt parts is that if I get too close to the edge it creates a hole. The UV is kind of messy because of how many tops I'm combining so the vest is off in the corner while they shirt bits are where they're supposed to be. I don't know how to do it any other way.

- select everything, Mesh - faces - tris to quads, enable Compare uvs; - take a knife tool and cut the shirt along the vest's borders; - then delete everything unwanted; - join with the vest, remove doubles again
