Modding Request: City Living Feather Earring as Necklace

I'm looking for someone with enough mesh editing skills that they can take the feather from the one sided earring in City Living and attach it to a string/chain from one of the necklaces in the game. I think the spider necklace from the Halloween pack or one of the werewolf pack necklaces would make a good base for it.
