Can't clone new pizza oven

I'm not able to properly clone the pizza oven from the new Home Chef Hustle pack.
I have tried create 3d mesh, selective clone, and override and each time it creates a clone package but is missing the rig/slot info. Also the S4S app crashes if I stay in the Rig tab for more than a few seconds. When I export the mesh, there is no rig or transform bone, instead the only vertex group is called 'CD68F0018'.

I'm sorry if this is repetitive as I posted about a similar problem with the Home Chef Hustle selling table a few days ago, but this is a different error. In this instance it actually did clone the package, it just didn't do it properly. I haven't tested every single item in the pack, but similar problems occur with the waffle maker as well, so I think it's safe to assume all the new appliances are glitched (if not the whole pack)
