Are there any ways to add videos to the game? I just want to add a VID logo to TVs, which used to scare children. I tried two lessons: from Cassity Simmer and this one, but in the first Cassity simply downloaded and placed the package files in the Mods folder, and in the second: I downloaded and installed the first seven programs from this list: S4PE, VP6 Video Codec, VirtualDub, ffdshow, Generic Stream Creator, UI for Generic Stream Creator and VP6 Converter by Siberian GRemlinNext, using the open source Tencoder (I did not use FreeStudio, since in the free version it will attach a watermark), I converted the video to avi with the following parameters:  But when opening the encoded avi the following error appears:  What should I do next? |

For loading format MP4 through VirtualDub - (wrote that it works well with 32bits - im dont know): github.com/h4aLkon/smldap/releases/download/v2.0.0/VirtualdubFFMpegPlugin_setup_2000_X86_X64.zip paste the x32 folder into virtualdub - work on v1.x.x I convert Video from e.g. TS to AVI: Video: Resolution: 512X288 (default resolution for EA)
Frame rate: 23.976fps
Encoder/Codec: MSMPEGV3
Bitrate: 4000kbpsIt says you can use Encoder/Codec: H.264 Audio: Encoder: MP3
Channel: 2
Rate: 48000Hz
Birate: 320kbpsI upload the file to VirtualDub there it pops up an error accept it. Audio -> Full processing Mode -> Audio -> Conversion (Select 22050Hz) -> Ok <- If you don't care you can use 48000Hz then skip this step, it will make the Video weigh more.Video -> Compression -> VP60R Simple Profile -> OK File Save WAV File Save AVI done next program SoundExchangeLoad WAV because my video is in 23.976fps after the shortcut wav adds " -fps "23.976" -loops"-1" -loope"-1click create (SHOWS 2 BLACK WINDOWS WHICH CONVERT WAV TO DAT) done next program VP6Converter 0.05 (VP6 Builder)Load AVI (created above) Select Audio -> load DAT file click on GO! done Your AVI VP60 file with audio is ready For movies without audio you don't check audio option
now all that's left is to find the instance of the file you want to replace and insert your file behind the OE
IMPORTANT!!!
If you are using video in 30fps the audio must also be in 30fps otherwise it will not work properly
then in the command -fps "23.976" you give -fps "30" etc. for 15 frames it will be -fps "15" etc.
IMPORTANT 2!!!
VP60 supports only fims with multiples of 32 ie, for example, 32 64 .... 128 320 512 800 etc..

In the description there is a link to the patron download the whole package and install + reset your PC.
It looks like you don't have the right codecs hence the lack of options.
