I wanted to make a tattoo in the lower arm slot, but when I filter that category as a CAS standalone build, there aren't any options available. All the in-game hand tattoos seem to be in the upper arm category. Are the lower arm categories nonfunctional?

Hi. They probably just created more slots for the future or modders. Just start from a different tattoo and recategorize it to see if it will work
