I tried that and the mesh was broken still. I didn't take a screenshot but the arms were warped. Here's the blend file if you want it. You said this is the same reason the fairy wings move with the arms? I'm trying to fix this dress and then do the same for the fairy.

You must never transfer anything to body parts. You were meant to separate the dress from the body before re-transferring weights. Just delete messed up arms from this dress and add new ones As for the first outfit, i think the issue youre witnessing is different from the twisted arms that you original saw. After fixing wings, try to replicate it in blender by moving the rig. If you will succeed, show me where exactly the distortion happens Back to wings: - select these areas on the body, press Shift D to duplicate, Esc to confirm, P - Selection to separate. Rename the separated mesh to Reference; - select wings on s4studio_mesh_1, separate. Do the same with s4studio_mesh_1.001. Join both parts of the wings, rename to Wings; - transfer weights from the reference to wings; - delete the reference, separate the see-through parts of the wings. Join Wings with s4studio_mesh_1, Wings.001 with s4studio_mesh_1.001,

My first issue with that is I don't know how you selected just that area of the mesh. I know how to select vertices obviously but then it looks like this. I also don't know how to move the rig in blender and when I try googling how to do this it just tells me how to rig the item not move it. I am about to just give up and keep the dress with the issues. I had a version of the ballerina dress where the dress was separate from the body as that was what I used to edit the mesh before joining it. So I transferred the weights without the arms to the dress and now it looks like this.

You need to do this in face selection mode, not in vertices The mesh is flying because weight transfer settings were wrong or the reference hidden
Just re-do everything the right way
- open the original dress for toddlers that works right, export the blend, open; - delete the body, save; - clone the alien diaper, export the blend, append the dress, resize the dress in edit mode, remove all areas of the body covered by the dress, do not overwrite anything, join, import back into s4s, change the alien tag

Is this for the ballerina or the fairy? For the ballerina I just ended up changing the dress to the bottom category and it works fine. For the fairy, the toddler dress does have the skirt bones but my infant version does not since the alien diaper that I took the weights from does not.

I went back to what you said about the wings and I definitely did not neatly separate them, but in the end it looks like they no longer move with the arms. I tested the outfit in-game and I don't see anything weird happening so I think I'm going to call this one fixed.
