Hi I'm trying to recolor some cc hair, but once I imported the recolored png, the skin of the sim completely disappeared and all that's left is the white canvas. What am I doing wrong? |

Hi. The transparency is not being preserved. You either exported in dds or changed the color in a wrong way
Open the original package again, export the texture in png, open it in image editing program, edit the color with Hue/saturation, save in png

Yeah I actually did it like that... does it matter what editing program I used? I used procreate to change the color.

yes, that may be the reason. When saving, check what options it is giving you. If won’t find anything, look up « saving with transparency procreate »
