Hi, have you tried limiting & cleaning the vertex weight? For Sims 4, one vertex can only have up to 4 bone influence & make sure the total weight is 1. Cleaning weight will remove any unneeded 0 weight, limiting will limit how many bone can influence a vertex (in this case 4). After that you can normalize all to make sure the vertex have a maximum of 1 total weight.
