Hello! It seems your UV_0 map is not mapped correctly. Please bare with me as I'm not used to using this formatting to talk.
-------
Your UV_0 map is responsible for your item's texture and appearance in-game. You want to aim for the UVs to have their own designated place so that it doesn't conflict with anything else on this template (female).
Otherwise, it will conflict with the rest of the body's texture.
Your current UV_0 map covers the whole body, while your baked image is in the "hat position." The latter is where you want your UVs to be!
-------
(Solution) It's luckily very easy to fix this!
1. Scale the UVs down to their correct height and shrink them until they can fit into the "hat" position.
If you want to preserve more detail of your texture, you could rearrange the UVs or increase them and have them take up other spaces. (However, be reminded that they WILL conflict with any other textures on those aforementioned spaces. Ideally, you would just want your UVs to take up the space of whatever item you are creating.)
2. Rebake or move your current bake to the place where you moved your UVs. Save the new image and import it into your diffuse map in S4S. Final results And this is how it looks after you do all the steps. It looks a bit shabby since I'm not the greatest with editing ^^' But you can now clearly see your texture!
If there are any other problems you encounter with this, feel free to reply Good luck modding!
