WCIF or Request: Face Light Mod or Accessory

Hello! I was curious to see if there was a mod out there that applied a facial light to sims? Sort of like a CAS accessory that's an invisible, dim light? For an example, there's a mod out there for Skyrim SE that does a similar thing: Better FaceLight and Conversation Redux and I wasn't sure if such a thing existed for The Sims 4. I currently am using Out Of The Dark by lotharihoe, along with NoGlo v2 by Luumia, and even though they both work wonders, my curiosity got the best of me.

If such a mod does not exist, would it be of possibility for something to be created?
Whether it ends up going in the Hat, Brow Ring, or Necklace categories, any of those would be fantastic!
