Hello, I would like to know what mesh I should start from to create an object similar to the one in the photo in such a way that one part of the body is replaced by another. Thank you

This can only be a top ( or full body ). An arm cannot be replaced by an accessory, so the only way is to manually delete it and make this prosthetic a part of the top
