I followed the same exact steps in both - 3.2 I used Blender 3.6 and Wishes I used Blender 2.7 but both yielding very different results Also I'm not sure why the wall decoration (sculpture) are all in the floor Star - 3.2 w/ Blender 3.6; Wishes - 3.1 w/ Blender 2.7;

Hi. 2.7x and 3+ are like two different programs, you cannot jump between them - open s4s star; - open s4s settings; - change blender path to blender.exe in blender 3.6 installation folder; - open the package, export the blend, open in blender 3.6; - append your mesh from the old file. It must be appended, not opened; - assign the right cut numbers, save, import back into the package - if everything will work out, delete 2.7 and wishes, you do not need them

- append your mesh from the old file. It must be appended, not opened; I'm sorry I use Maya mainly and Blender only for S4S, I don't know what this sentence means ;-; what I usually do is export the blender file from S4S , import my obj from Maya into that Blender file and then join my mesh with the Sims mesh and then delete the original mesh's vertices is that wrong?

File - Append - your blend file - Object - your meshgroups, append Simply joining them does not transfer the right information - clone a similar maxis item, export the blend, open; - select the object, check its cut number; - check what bones it is affected by ( in most cases, just transformbone); - you can delete this object; - import your obj; - select your item, rename its uv map to uv_0; - create a nex vertex group with +, double-click to rename it to transformBone; - switch to Edit mode, select the whole object with A, assign it to this bone; - give your object the same cut the original one had; - select the shadow plane, switch to Edit mode, adjust the shape to match your item; - save, import back into s4s
