Hi. I don't know if this will help as I haven't done poses (never seem to get around to it). Have you looked at these three tutorials? ThisThisThisKatverse has pose tutorials that may help. I did a Google search and what I'm reading is that this is normal. I found posts for Sims 3 that mentions the version of Blender you're using. As in, you may have a better result if you use Blender 2.7. (Plus, the tutorials I linked all use Blender versions in the 2.7+ range so that should help). It has something to do with how Blender reads the location of the rig vs. how the game reads it and I guess in later versions of Blender the rig location info is different than in earlier versions, if that makes sense. This video kind of explains things? Again, I'm not knowledgeable about pose making but I get the impression you'll do better with an earlier version of Blender.

Thank you Fwecka (Lolabellesims) i just realize now that for CAS pose, the pose from blender is mirrored. And no one has figure it out right now. So yeah maybe i just need to pose the rig in reverse Thank you for your help!!

The tutorials I looked at require Blender 2.7 and none of them mention problems with mirroring so I'm guessing the mirroring is a Blender version issue. If you find that using Blender 2.7 helps let us know, okay? It'll help others.
