Good afternoon, I'm trying to create/recolor for the first time my own sims eyes, however, when I imported the eyes after editing everything in PS, nothing shows up, it look white or black depending how I save the file. Does someone knows what I'm doing wrong?

Hi. The transparency was not preserved. If you worked with dds and haven’t closed the file yet, resave it as BC3 (or dxt5 in older versions) In the future, just work in png, it’s easier

Good morning, I tried to follow your instructions but didn't work saving the file as you said. I also tried to save it as a PNG but I'm still having an issue with the transparency. i.imgur.com/Ux2t5Ct.jpgHere how I'm saving the PNG file i.imgur.com/iVVQExK.jpg

It has already lost transparency, so no point in doing this.
- select the area where the eye texture is; - invert the selection with Ctrl I; -press delete. If the background will not become transparent, unlock this layer (double-click on the lock icon next to it), then press delete again; - save as png
