Modding request, SFW underwear removal mod for male sims.

In theory this should be very easy but for the life of me I can't seem to find a mod like this anywhere I look and I don't know this program well enough to make it myself. I've found a few for females but they glitch out the textures if I put them on male frame sims since like... they're made for female frame in mind.
I'm just looking for the basic ken doll type treatment for use for more fantasy type sims, (Think dragons, non werewolf wolf men and androids for example) in the underwear category ideally.

If anyone can link me a mod like this or whip me up a mod like this I'd be eternally grateful!
