Hi, guys! Thanks for reading this message. Me with my team are working on our non-profit translation (TS4 doesn’t provide our native language as an option) I’ve tried to lookup the strings with values like «Monday», «Tuesday» by String Lookup Table in Sims 4 Studio and I’ve found only one entry for each in a base game string table that doesn’t change anything for calendar or in-game running clock/time controls (the original value just stays there unchanged). How can I find these values in game in other files in quick way if String Table Lookup doesn’t work on these? Is it even safe to alter some dev files? I will be also very grateful if you can provide me with a location of where this might be. TYSM!!

I'm not knowledgeable about these things at all but I think the string tables are mostly for objects. Things with meshes and textures. There are scripts in the game that may have text as part of them. I couldn't help you with that, however. You may want to look at XML editing. There are some here and you may be able to find YouTube videos, as well. Editing to add that you asked about altering scripts. I think that could be tricky as the scripts in the game (probably) depend on each other and if you alter one you may break other scripts. I don't know this for sure, but I think it's likely.
