Hi.
When you change opacity of a garment's texture, a background comes through. In photoshop the background is "transparent", so your texture appears see-through or non-existing. In ts4, instead of nothing, it displays a corresponding area of a skin texture. What area it is depends on uvs, a 2d representation of a 3d object used to control how textures are projected on its surface. When maxis developers create a garment, they try to align its uvs with those of the body. Most maxis items have the chest area in the same place, same as the body, so if you were to remove a portion of it, a corresponding area of the chest would be visible. CC creators generally do not bother to do this, so when you remove a portion of the texture, you see the wrong area of the skin. Anyway, this alone wont work in your case. You need to delete those areas of the mesh, possibly replace them with body parts The provided package does not include the mesh and relies on the original package, so I would need to see the original file to give specific instructions
