Studio updates for For Rent expansion & patch

Both versions of Studio (Windows & Mac) are updated for the For Rent expansion pack and associated patch.
New features include:
- support for Blender 4.0 and 4.1
- handles columns, spandrels, and friezes
- trim meshes should now import correctly
- batch edit option to My CC Folder menu - "Change Display Index
- performance enhancements
- bug fixes
