Minimizing clipping for custom medium hair mesh

Hi.
1. Select b__L_Clavicle__. As yo see, it affects the mesh on both sides, which is not right. Then select b__R_Clavicle__, it affects nothing;
2. There should be no breast bones ( b__CAS_R_Breast__ and b__CAS_L_Breast__ ) on a masculine frame, may cause problems;
3. Your mesh has no (skin )hairline, so you can just delete all those facial bones, leaving only the head, clavicle and spine ones;
4. For the future, you dont have to unwrap uv_1 manually, just transfer it from a similar mesh ( but remove doubles on the reference first );
5. Hair is vertex painted with 2-3 colors usually, so you can also transfer vertex paint
