I want to make a sweater from happy holidays pack basegame compatible. I cloned a basegame shirt but TSR still says it’s not. I want it for people to use this sweater without having the Holiday pack.
how do I do this?

Hi. Making pack items BGC is considered a form of piracy, we cannot discuss this on the forum.
As for TSR, they seem to not want to partake in this either, but you'd need to ask them for clarifications instead, we are not affiliated.
