Need help to reduce clipping for a wide skirt

Hi! I've been working out some kinks on a set of packages lately and it's mostly been going well, but I've run into one slight issue. Does anyone know how to stop the arms from clipping into a wide skirt like this one? It puffs out pretty far, and I'm willing to accept that there might not be a way to avoid this, but I figured I'd ask anyway in case there's a known solution.
